Case 1 -accidental voice post-

[For the first few minutes, there is nothing. Some static, the sound of running water, nothing else. It's as if whoever is in possession of the device either doesn't realize its on, or more likely, doesn't realize he has it.

Finally, a light groaning noise cuts through the static, followed by a curious noise, and loud feedback, as if somebody is poking the device, before a very loud voice can be heard.]

Hellooo?

Ah! Woah, that's cool. Testing, testing, one two three...hello? Anybody there?

Toni? Connie? Ludwig? Anybody there? I'm...well, I think I'm lost. I'm in a fountain...it's really wet, and my chest hurts, and I need to get to see Worth but I don't know where anything is...

Anybody there?

[Suddenly, the voice stops, replaced by a loud, painful sounding cough and a groan of pain, before a very weak laugh can be heard as the transmission finally cuts off.]

C'mon guys...this isn't funny...

Hanna lets out another cough, and he's clearly not feeling well, but he's smiling.

Heh, yeah, that could have really sucked, huh? I'm ok...wet, but no worse than normal, I think.

[This is a lie, but he's not really showing that.]

Ah... okay. So, have you been given the whole "this is the City, sorry but you're stuck here" talk? I'm not really qualified to give it, seeing as I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.

[Hanna smiles and waves the device around a bit.]

Oh, maybe Lyle is here. He'd know what's going on...have you seen a zombie? He wears a fedora.

[Watanuki smiles back uncertainly, like "lol what even is this guy?"]

Uh, yeah, it does that. And I... haven't seen any zombies here, no. Or any spirits, which is strange...

Anyway, there's a guide, I've got it here somewhere. Let me just figure out how to... send it. Uh... There. Did that work?

[Complete and total relief from Wata! Not seeing spirits for a few days has been like a vacation. But with added curses. So not really vacationy so much.]

None yet! It's weird, usually they follow me everywhere.

There are a few vampires around here, I think. I don't know if any of them are "fail", though.

So, why do YOU see ghosts? I mean, most of the people I know aren't really normal, but anyway.

I just always have. Something in my blood lets me see them. And it makes me taste good to them, too, which is why they're always after me.

Well...I've always seen them. The weird is sort of normal for me.

Weeell....um, my roommate and best friend is a zombie, I know a really pathetic vampire, my doctor isn't normal, and I've delt with ghosts, werewolves, you know, that sort of thing. Never met a poltergeist though, but I bet they're cool!

I thought I had it bad, with just the spirits and the spritey things. All that must drive you crazy!

Naw, most of it isn't really too awful...the ghosts aren't really good though. But I don't deal with them too much.

I wish I didn't have to.

So, anyway, do you have somewhere to stay yet? I could help you find something.
