[Since his breakup with Euphie, Hanna has been doing 2 things: drinking more than normal, and working overtime in his various investigation.

Specifically, the collapse of the tower...and everything else that seems to be going wrong in the City...

He's currently crouched over a table, a big stack of books next to him, his face in another one. Every so often, he looks up and scribbles something down on a piece of paper.]

Okay, so...the tower collapsing doesn't seem to have had any affects on the Network itself...but it's not the only thing happening here...

The puppies have been acting strange...so has Iznagi and the other sheep...If they weren't penned in, I swear they'd have run away by now...lord knows they're trying...

[He sighs, scratching absentmindedly at his chest, wincing slightly, before scribbling down some more notes.]

The animals, acting weird...the tower collapsing...even the ticking is getting quieter...Something is going on...There has to be more to it than just that...

These are symptoms of something, I just...gah!

[He grumbles and throws the book away angrily.]

And what is with all these books? Missing huge chunks of pages...like...somebody is trying to prevent us from finding something...

[He frowns some more, before coughing heavily and scratching at his chest again.]

Fine. I'll figure it out without the books...just gotta get more symptoms for whatever this is...

[He coughs some more, wiping away a bit of blood from his mouth, before writing down something else and grabbing another book. His chest has been acting up lately, and he's not quite sure why...]

I'm trying to look for a link between everything that's going on...if there's a connection, we could use them as symptoms and diagnose what's going on here.

...But the stupid books have tons of pages misses and are filled with burn marks and I'm pretty sure one of them rotted away in my hands.
