Okay, this is to whoever left me that really nice paper crane in my mailbox, complete with that message about wishes and all that...

Okay, are you reading my mind or something, because that is just freaky. I've been working on making more cranes in my spare time, ever since I got back here...

I'm up to about 12 or 13 now, I haven't been keeping count...or been really consistent at making them.
There's been too much other stuff going on, what with the flower shop, and the puppies, and doing my research and investigating, and trying to cook something that's actually edible for once and catching up on sleep now that I FINALLY got my bed back...

So getting this was really nice. A real motivator in a way. So...thanks. I dunno who you are, but thanks a whole lot.

If I get to 1000 here before I get home...or before Gallahad comes back...I guess I need a new wish.

...I really miss him...

Anyway!! I'm still working on naming the puppies. I've got 8 boys, and 7 girls, and I've only been able to come up with boys names...and I was gonna check out a book from the library with girl names in it, but I've got too many books out right now, since I got all these puppy care books and stuff...and they're soooort of overdue but I can't bring them back yet!!

So I need more names. I got names for about 4 of the boys, and 2 of the girls...but that still leaves 5 girls and 4 boys that I've been referring to as nameless puppies.

Also, Rick Castle, I know it's sort of early notice, but...does your daughter want a boy or a girl? And did she have any names in mind? I want to be able to get the little guys used to being called by names...if she doesn't, though, there's no rush.

They still haven't opened their eyes yet. I can't wait for that!

...man, I bet Gallahad would be loving this right now...
