Okay, so, that was sort of a weird weekend. I think I'm deadly afraid of bears now...

But that's not important! What IS important is the fact that I got my business cards all made! They're not the fanciest things in the world, but they have my address and all my contact info on them, as well as a brief job description about what do in the wold of paranormal investigating.

However, that part is sort of in really tiny print, so people might not be able to read that. That's what I Get for trying to squeeze too much on one card. Ah well!

I've got a nice bunch of them at the flower shop, and I'm gonna scatter a bunch around the City. And also maybe the Underground.

It worked back home, so hey, it could work here!!

I know we haven't really hung out since the visitor's curse...but, well, I figured since Suzaku just got here, you'd wanna spend some time with him, since he's new and has to get settled, and you two were really close back in your world...

[She turns before Hanna can kiss her, letting it fall on her cheek instead of her lips. It's not really something she planned to do, but...there it was.] Hello, Hanna. [Tumbles is less restrained with his affections as he nuzzles right up to Hanna's legs.]

[He laughs and goes to rub the puppy's belly.]

[That's because Hanna is wonderful.]

It's just a small thing really. I'll set everything out while he monopolizes you.

You sure you don't want any help?

[He's not gonna be much help, seeing as how Tumbles has tackled him AND attracted the attention of the other dogs.]

I don't think they'll let you even if I said yes. [She smiles and quickly starts taking food out and arranging things. It's been awhile since she's been at Hanna's, but she is comfortable there. And her time as a waitress has made her more at ease with tasks like this.]

There's really nothing to it though. We'll be ready to eat any minute. [Final touches.] This minute in fact.

Haha, good point. Those kids, they're nuts!

[She waits for Hanna to come to the table before sitting down.]

Mm... [She looks a little too thoughtful at that.] You are a wonderful kind of person. You care about people and you do good things for them...

[He just grins and laughs, digging himself out of his pile of puppies.]

[She smiles a little weakly, trying to push some of the awkwardness she feels away. She isn't ready to talk about it yet, but putting it off seems to make it worse too.]

[He doesn't seem to notice the awkwardness, and just laughs and goes over to the table.]

This looks delicious!!

I hope you like it. [Pause] Suzaku and I discovered it recently and I thought it was good.

Oh, how is he? He's getting used to everything here, yeah?

I think so. I've explained the curses and he's seen some, but until you really go through them it can be hard.
