Heh...yeah, sorry about yesterday. I swear, I'm not normally that...melodramatic or self centeredly emo. Let us pretend that it never happened.

But yesterday DID give me an idea! Well, sort of.

I thought about the kids, and I realized that they're getting bigger...maybe they should get some more big wide world experience.

Sooo...tomorrow I'm bringing the puppies with me to work at the flower shop! I thought it'd be nice since, even though they're outside of the house and meeting new people in a new setting, it's still pretty contained and I'm gonna be right there to make sure nothing goes wrong.

'sides. It could maybe be good for sales...they've dropped a bit. And I promised Doumeki that I would do a good job taking care of the shop for him...and with Watanuki gone, that's gotta go double!

Remember how I said that maybe it might help you get some sleep if you came and hung out over here sometimes...?

...well, I think I'm gonna need company tonight...had a really bad dream and stuff...

Maybe it'd be okay to have insomnia together...?

Granted, these were tiny, little individual cakes, but cupcakes are still cake. It's in the name.

Ah well. I guess it was another duplicate...better write that down. There are a lot of duplicate curses, huh?

I was sort of busy, though, so I didn't actually try them...were they any good? They looked pretty...
Penny, you're brilliant and wonderful for getting the deities to do something that seems nice.

Anyway, I've decided that, with basically everybody I live with gone, it's too quiet and there's way too much space, even with a sheep and a pregnant dog.
So, I'm looking for a smaller apartment...nothing fancy, as long as its got a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Heck, if the kitchen and the bedroom aren't even separated with walls, that'd be ok too. Just something less...empty.


Anybody have an idea on what teeny tiny apartments are currently available? And are pet friendly?


...and...well, I put this off too, cuz I really didn't want to think about Gallahad actually being gone...but I guess I need to do this too...
Ajisai, the flower shop I run, has a new opening for my partner/assistant manager/whatever it's called. Gallahad used to do that sort of stuff...helping with finances, managing all the paperwork, dealing with orders...

But he's gone...and I can't do it all alone.

So, anybody interested should talk to me!

[ooc: ack, I guess the cupcakes were supposed to be last night's thing. Sorry!! Pretend he's talking about them in the past tense, because he is now. *was slow and didn't check dates on other entries augh*]

[A small, slightly chubby redheaded child is standing outside of a flowershop, clutching an orange balloon as if it was his lifeline. He appears to be about 5 years old, maybe even a bit younger, but is in actuality 7. His glasses are missing, and he's a bit more freckly than he will be when he grows up, but even as a kid, he's still recognizable.

This is Hanna Cross, and he is lost.
One minute, he was with his mother in the park...and then he wandered off for a second and ended up in a strange place.

And he's scared.]

M...mu...Mommy...?

Mommy, where'd you go...?

[Hanna sniffles a bit, clutching his balloon tighter, rubbing at one of his eyes as he starts to cry.]

I du-dunno where I am...I w...wuhanna go hooome...

[Still crying and still very lost, Hanna runs off, scared, looking for his mom, before, in frustration, he returns to the front of the flower shop, kicking the wall before slumping down and crying into his knees.]

I want Mom...



[ooc: Hanna Cross, age 7!! He's a bit...healthier looking than he is as an adult, and remembers nothing of his time in the City or the people he knows as an adult. He can't do magic (at least not purposeful magic) and he can't investigate the paranormal, but he can still get into trouble. Since we don't know much about Hanna as a kid, I'm just gonna wing it as best as possible. Good luck, City, he's your problem now!!]

So...I mentioned that I've been given the task of looking after Doumeki's flower shop, right? And, I wanna do a good job keeping it up, and continue all the good work he started...

Buuuut right now it's just me. I'm pretty sure there must've been other people before, but they've probably all left the City, since when I started I was the only one...man, Doumeki was the man for running this place by himself...

But, eh, I'm no wonder shopowner like Doumeki was. I'm gonna need some help.

I know I've got Stonewell's help for sure, and probably Watanuki's as well...but I need somebody with good money skills to help with store finances...and teach me how to deal with them too. Justine, Thomas mentioned you were good with that sort of thing...

But I still need some people to help with stocks, the cashier, delivery...that sorta thing. Anybody interested? I just found Doumeki's price list, so I'm gonna try to stick with that for now...

So! Anybody who wants to help out, talk to me!

So I was thinking. It's still freaky just hanging out in the apartment, and I wanna go to the zoo, cuz that's always fun. Wanna come with?

Ok, I just did some of the math, since I have the price sheet to work with now. Ok, your order of lilies is gonna depend on what type of lilies you want. The Calla's are a yellow a pot, the Casablanca's are 3 yellows a pot. And delivery is also gonna be a yellow!! BUT!

You're my friend and my first customer under the new management, so the delivery is gonna be free, and I'll throw in an extra pot for free.

Does that work out for you? When did you want these by again? Me and Stonewell can drop them off together as soon as you need them.
