Okay, so, that was sort of a weird weekend. I think I'm deadly afraid of bears now...

But that's not important! What IS important is the fact that I got my business cards all made! They're not the fanciest things in the world, but they have my address and all my contact info on them, as well as a brief job description about what do in the wold of paranormal investigating.

However, that part is sort of in really tiny print, so people might not be able to read that. That's what I Get for trying to squeeze too much on one card. Ah well!

I've got a nice bunch of them at the flower shop, and I'm gonna scatter a bunch around the City. And also maybe the Underground.

It worked back home, so hey, it could work here!!

I know we haven't really hung out since the visitor's curse...but, well, I figured since Suzaku just got here, you'd wanna spend some time with him, since he's new and has to get settled, and you two were really close back in your world...

[He just grins and laughs, digging himself out of his pile of puppies.]

[She smiles a little weakly, trying to push some of the awkwardness she feels away. She isn't ready to talk about it yet, but putting it off seems to make it worse too.]

[He doesn't seem to notice the awkwardness, and just laughs and goes over to the table.]

I think so. I've explained the curses and he's seen some, but until you really go through them it can be hard.

...It's really good having him back.

We... [She pauses, trying to decide what to say.]

We didn't know each other that long really. It was such an important time though. So much was happening.

Hanna... [Her voice trails off, unwilling to say the things that should be said.]

[Looks down at her hands in her lap. The words refuse to come even though she wants them too. She must be worrying Hanna more like this.]

He wants me to be happy. [She doesn't look very happy at this moment. She ruins more meals this way...]

...you don't look very happy, Euphie.

[She looks back up. She smiles, but it takes a little forcing. That doesn't make it insincere in this case. She just has a lot that she's feeling.] But...but I am! I'm so grateful to have so many wonderful people in my life. You all mean so much to me. [That's also what makes it so confusing for her.]

[He smiles a bit at that...but he shakes his head as well.]

It's probably confusing for you.

Mm...it is. [She feels bad admitting that. She wanted to be sure for Hanna.]

That's understandable, though...I mean, a lot of people like you, and you're sort of torn between them...

...You're not wrong, Hanna. [She does feel torn and it hurts to be in pieces this way. But it's also the sort of problem she treasures, having such people in her life means everything to her.]

You know, it's okay. There are worse problems to have in life.
