...I thought we already had a curse where it rained cakes...


Granted, these were tiny, little individual cakes, but cupcakes are still cake. It's in the name.

Ah well. I guess it was another duplicate...better write that down. There are a lot of duplicate curses, huh?

I was sort of busy, though, so I didn't actually try them...were they any good? They looked pretty...
Penny, you're brilliant and wonderful for getting the deities to do something that seems nice.

Anyway, I've decided that, with basically everybody I live with gone, it's too quiet and there's way too much space, even with a sheep and a pregnant dog.
So, I'm looking for a smaller apartment...nothing fancy, as long as its got a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Heck, if the kitchen and the bedroom aren't even separated with walls, that'd be ok too. Just something less...empty.


Anybody have an idea on what teeny tiny apartments are currently available? And are pet friendly?


...and...well, I put this off too, cuz I really didn't want to think about Gallahad actually being gone...but I guess I need to do this too...
Ajisai, the flower shop I run, has a new opening for my partner/assistant manager/whatever it's called. Gallahad used to do that sort of stuff...helping with finances, managing all the paperwork, dealing with orders...

But he's gone...and I can't do it all alone.

So, anybody interested should talk to me!

You're keeping track of all the curses? That's neat. Maybe you'll figure something out. (Personally, though? I think the deities just run out of ideas and start repeating curses.)

And that's really sweet, Hanna. Thank you. I'm not totally sure just how nice it was or what happened, but at least it wasn't anything bad.

Oh, Doll told me about your dog! We'll both help you out with her, so don't worry.

I'm really sorry to hear about your friend. He might come back--you never know, right? If you're ever lonely, though, you can visit me and Doll. Our dogs really like other dogs, and Tiger's used to sheep... they could have a play date or something. The door to the Welcome Center's always open, too, if you just want to talk to someone. Okay?

I thought it'd be a good idea, in case some sort of pattern shows up...but you're probably right.

It was still really nice of you. They could've done something much worse than icky cupcakes...and thanks!! You and Doll are both gonna get one of the puppies when they're old enough to leave Lassie...

Thanks, Penny...I miss him, but I know he's at least safe at home. It's the least I can ask for, anyway...and I'm sure they'd love a pet play date!! Iznagi's probably been cooped up a bit too long, even though I take him outside every day...

I'd really like that, actually...talking to someone. Thanks again, Penny, you're awesome.

There could be patterns. The crazy weekends happen at certain times, don't they? And I bet there're other things that follow a pattern, if you look long and hard enough.

You're too sweet! And I'm sure everything'll go fine with Lassie. Maybe one of her puppies will be just the right one for you? Poor Iznagi, too. It sounds like you're taking really good care of him, but sheep get super lonely. Does he get along pretty well with Lassie, at least?

That's the way to think about things... knowing that your friends're safe. Safer than we probably are here, anyway, and they can always come back. No one leaves forever.

Yeah, they do...I'm looking for a pattern in when they happen, and maybe even what exactly happens. Like those weekends when people seem to all get different curses.

I hope so. I like dogs, and I do like Lassie...she and Iznagi get along really well, it's sort of adorable, actually. I'm glad he's got a friend...but I wish he had more sheep friends.

Exactly. Just gotta keep a positive attitude, it's what he'd want.

Aw, Lassie and Iznagi? That's nice that they get along. And if Iznagi needs some sheep friends, I can show you where the sheep Freckles and I were taking care of are. Iznagi could visit them, maybe?
