Ah, jeez, it's dark out today...well, I guess that's to be expected...

One big plague left...aw jeez...

Oh! I need some advice about something.

[The camera turns on and cuts to a lamb, sitting on some newspaper, chewing a plant.  One of its legs is wrapped up in bandages, which are soaking up blood. Hanna goes into the camera briefly, petting the lamb, who bleats happily, before he turns to the camera and sighs, smiling weakly before turning it off.]



Uh...this is Iznagi.

...I couldn't do it, I just couldn't do it.  I tried, I really did...but look at him! Look at his cute little ears! How could I kill him, he's adorable!

I planned on giving him a last meal and doing it quickly and getting it over with...but I couldn't! I missed, thank God, and just hurt his leg, so I feel terrible about that, but he's still alive...

I couldn't do it, but I've got some of his blood on bandages and rags...if I smeared that on the door, would that be enough?  Or is there still some other option I haven't found yet? I tried to get blood out of lamb meat, that didn't really work...is there some place in the city that isn't affected by this insanity?

Oh, no no no, Iznagi, don't eat that, that's for people!! Stop!

...Heh heh...I kiiinda need to know what lambs eat, besides plants.  Iznagi seems to like leftover pancakes...but I doubt that's good for him, soooo...

I think they will generally try to eat anything they can get their hands on, including possibly hair and clothes. Being herbivores, though, they'll need to eat a lot more than you would think.

I can relate. Good luck with the blood; I'd probably do something similar if I had only myself to protect.

I think there's some lettuce left in the fridge. And milk, the people on those animal shows always give them milk...

Grass and clover. They graze. But it looks like a child so it probably needs milk more than anything. Pancakes have very little nutritional value but if he likes them, hey go for it. But include grass, clover, grain, and milk too.

Hmmm...Oooh, if I put grass and clover into the pancakes, along with just getting him food to graze on, you think that would up the nutritional value? Because he seems to really like them...

I got him a bottle when I found him last night, so I've been giving him milk, and he seems to like it too...

Probably. There's no sense in denying him something he likes. I doubt there's anything in pancakes that would hurt him.
