Sometimes...animals have a problem with me at first. It's sort of a side affect of the magic, messes with my blood and makes me...well, not smell good. Throws them off...

...but they either realize that it's just a smell, and they get over it, or not. She did, I guess, and I'm glad.

I'm not dead yet, though! I got a good doctor who makes sure I'm not dead...well, I did. He's not really here right now. But I'm okay, I haven't gotten sick in a while!!

I know it's not right...but it's just how it is. Some things have to be like that, I guess.

Besides, the benefits are really good. I can protect my friends, fight off bad guys, protect myself...and I don't get sick doing little things. Only really huge things, and that's without proper preparation beforehand.
